I’m a business empowerment coach and an entrepreneur.

I never fit into the employee mold, so I became a business owner. I learned from experience that most business advice is outdated and focuses on the “Just Do It” philosophy without taking into account our personal journey, unique strengths and what we struggle with that makes it hard to take the right action needed to make a business thrive.

As an introverted business owner, I used to struggle with the hustle of self-promotion and aggressive sales styles. My money stories made it difficult for me to charge what I was worth and that caused me to give more value than I got in return.

Once I discovered how to set boundaries and follow my Inner Compass, I was able to stop the cycle of stress, depletion and burnout.

After decades as an entrepreneur, I worked through multiple business models and started to see the places in the business cycle where people get stuck, frustrated and burned out the most. I learned that there is a better way of doing business; a way that is completely right for you, rather then following someone elses’ way.

I became a Martha Beck, Certified WayFinder Life Coach, and I decided to take my knowledge of the business cycle to help other business owners transform their frustration and burnout and turn it into the focus and clarity we need to unlock our true earning potential.
